What is grief/loss?
Experiencing loss or change can be difficult. This can at times be confusing and painful as you try to make sense of your new normal.
Is it normal for me to experience these feelings after a loss?
You may experience a roller-coaster of emotions. Feelings of anger, sadness, depression, confusion, and many more are normal. It's the human way of trying to make sense of what is happening around us.
How does therapy help?
Therapy provides a non-judgmental space for individuals to express their feelings. You will learn how manage through your thoughts and emotions. You will have me as your therapist to listen and validate your experiences. I believe that this is important and you deserve it! Know that you are not alone.
