What is anxiety? 

When a person has intense, constant, and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. You may experience a fast heart rate, rapid breathing, sweating, and feeling tired may occur. 

Who experiences anxiety?

We all experience anxiety as human beings. Sometimes that anxiety can be overwhelming and consume a persons thoughts on a regular basis.

What can I do about my anxious thoughts?

I am available to help individuals overcome their anxious thoughts and feelings. Using different therapy techniques, the goal is to become more present, focused, and engaged within your life.
